Mr. Graffeo has 15+ years of experience implementing process improvement and optimization strategies in such industries as petroleum, chemicals, food manufacturing, plastics, and healthcare, in which he's helped save millions of dollars.
Mr. Baxter Saucier holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a certified Professional Business Advisor, Strategic Planning Facilitator, and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is certified through the University of Michigan as a Lean Healthcare Master qualified to train using the Lean Enterprise System and has 20+ years of experience implementing process improvement methodologies in manufacturing, petroleum, and healthcare industries with millions of dollars of impact.
