Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Refund requests must be received 3 business days before the start of the program. Please note that some programs may have earlier deadlines: these will be listed in the course description. The registration fee will be refunded, but with a 10 percent processing fee (up to $10). A refund is issued in the form of a credit on file to be used towards a future class, a check or a credit to the credit card used to register. Less than3 business days before the program starts, registration fees are not transferrable or refundable. There will be no refund for no-shows.
