TCARE Policy Training:
Important Information included below, please read:
This mandatory half-day class is for all AAA staff who require knowledge on the Family Caregiver Support Program's (FCSP) Policies and Procedures for the Tailored Caregiver Assessment and Referral (TCARE). The class will walk staff through the steps necessary to complete the TCARE process and provide a basis for understanding the various related policies and procedures. A policy manual will be provided.
Policy Training classes will be held at:

Dec. 1, 1:00-5:00
Dec. 2, 1:00-5:00
Dec. 3. 8:00-12:00
Class size is limited; registration is first come, first served. Once a class is full, it will fall of this website.
TCARE Application Training:
This mandatory TCARE Application training is divided into two parts. Part A is for everyone who will be completing a screening assessment or inputting data. Part B is for anyone completing a TCARE assessment. If you need to attend both Part A and B, please sign up for the Screening and Assessment training on the same day and in the same location. Application Part A is recommended for FCSP and TCARE supervisors and/or AAA management staff.
Topics covered:
9:00 to 12:00 - Part A: Navigation basics and Screening (required for all TCARE users)
1:00-4:00 pm - Part B: Assessment, Consultation and Care Plan (required ONLY for users who will perform TCARE Assessments)
The class will be hands-on using the application and a workbook will be provided.
Class size is limited. Registration is first come, first served. Once a class is full, it will fall off this website.
