This course satisfies your education requirement for becoming licensed to sell real estate and prepares you for the Virginia licensing exam. Choose your course, and choose access to any additional resources that may fit your needs.

BROKER LICENSING Courses (Associate or Principal)

Once you have been licensed as an active Salesperson for a minimum of 3-years, you may become a Real Estate Associate Broker, or Principal Broker. You may complete all your education requirements before you have been licensed for 3-years in order to become licensed ASAP once reaching your 3-year requirement. Purchase all four broker courses to satisfy your entire 180-credit-hr requirement. Or, purchase each 45-credit-hr broker course individually, as needed. Complete broker courses in any order.
