This course provides exclusive training to professionals, executives, directors, managers, supervisors, college students, andothers and delivers the fundamental knowledge they need to transition into a "lean" culture.

Those who take advantage of Lean Manufacturing Practitioner and Master training programs will acquire a thorough understanding of all lean concepts. Our facilitators have successful, hands-on practical experience implementing lean methodologies and principles. Our curriculum is filled with examples, photographs, quizzes, tests, case studies, and interactive exercises.

The Practitioner course develops a deeper understanding of the Toyota Production System (TPS), or lean principles and practices, for any person wishing to learn them deeply enough to lead or facilitate a lean project. This course develops a basic level of understanding of the improvement philosophy, strategies and tools of TPS that have been applied successfully in healthcare and other industries. This seminar will help you develop "eyes for finding the hidden wastes" in your processes.

Important concepts in project planning and implementation are illustrated and participants practice project management planning.
