Silver Jewelry Making Oct 28, 2009 - Dec 2, 2009 SILVER JEWELRY MAKING INSTRUCTOR:  Paul Spanbauer DATES:  Wednesday, Oct. 28 - Dec. 2, 2009 (5 sessions - Class will not meet Nov. 25, 2009) TIME:  6:00 - 10:00 p.m. LOCATION:  UW Oshkosh Campus A/C S24 Fee:  $199 General Public    $190 UW Oshkosh Alumni/Students/Evergreen Learn how to carve wax models, prepare them for casting and cast your models into sterling silver. You will also learn how to file, sand and polish your jewelry pieces to a mirror bright finish. You will complete at least two projects - a ring and a pendant. Each project will make a beautiful, personally-crafted Christmas gift.  You will have to pay a small, additional fee for the amount of silver you use.  Class size is limited so please register early to avoid disappointment. All program fees are due no later than 10 days before the program. Fees include instruction, parking and instructional handouts. Registration deadline: Your registration is requested 10 days prior to each program. After that date, call the Office of Continuing Education and Extension to determine program availability. Enrollment is limited. Outreach Program Manager: Bunny Hansen, Office of Continuing Education and Extension, UW Oshkosh Cancellation policy: If UW Oshkosh's Office of Continuing Education and Extension receives notice of cancellation 10 full business days before the start of a program, you will receive a full refund of fees minus a $15 processing charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 10 full business days before the program begins. Substitutions for these programs are accepted. If possible, please inform us of such substitutions before the program. UW Oshkosh reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment, as well as the right to limit enrollment due to demand. If you are handicapped and desire special accommodations, please advise us at least 10 days prior to the first class meeting. All requests are kept confidential. No events available at this time.
