2009 ELDER ADULTS / ADULTS-AT-RISK AND ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES REGIONAL TRAINING
Join us for a day of training and discussion on issues that affect your day-to-day efforts working with elder adults/adults at risk. The sessions are primarily designed for county elder adults/adults at risk/adult protective services workers but will also provide helpful information to other professionals who work with individuals at risk: law enforcement, guardian ad litems, ADRC and MCO staff, and others.

The registration deadline is Monday, October 5, 2009.

While we cannot cancel your registration once it is made, substitutions may be made at any time.
Disability Accommodations
On the registration form, please identify any accommodations you need. We must receive this information no later than October 5, 2009 to insure you will receive the accommodations.
Recognition and Continuing Education Hours (CEHs)
This conference meets the continuing education requirement for social workers as prescribed by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing. The continuing education hours for this one-day training will be 6 CEHs. Individuals other than social workers can sign up for a certificate of attendance. Check the conference registration area at the end of the day for your certificate of completion.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made before 4:30 p.m., two weeks before the session. A refund (minus a $5 administrative fee) will be issued if the notification is received by the deadline. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend are liable for the full program fee unless they cancel prior to the cancellation deadline. For cancellations, email Bunny Hansen at hansenb@uwosh.edu . You may send another person in your place if you cannot attend.
