Medication Administration and Delegation in MA Schools
This program is provided by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health School Health Unit. Regulations pertaining to medication administration, delegation, field trips etc will be discussed as well as the process by which a district can apply for Medication Delegation through DPH. School Nurses are required to attend a Medication Administration and Delegation program once every five years. Superintendents are welcome to attend the program with their School Nurse.
