Please Note: Once you are registered for a class, you cannot cancel the registration online. You MUST call the Regional Office to cancel any registrations.CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel up to ten days before a scheduled class without penalty and receive a credit for another class. If you cancel less than ten days before, you will be responsible for payment. Class payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. HRLC reserves the right to cancel any class that is less than 60% full within 4 business days of the class. If HRLC cancels a class, you will receive a credit toward another class.If you have any questions, please call the Regional Office at 1-800-638-4752.
PLEASE NOTE: If you don't know where to look for the class you want, check the first letter and first two numbers of the Course Code. Courses beginning with C are CE (Continuing Education) classes. Courses beginning with S are at STTC (Somerset Technical Training Center). Courses beginning with anything else (like H for Hasbrouck Heights Public Lib. or M for Morris County Lib.) are TT (Technical Training) classes. The two numbers tell you the year (e.g. 09 means 2009).
