This course is currently full. Your options are to continue to sign-up for this course and be placed on a waiting list - or sign-up for the Saturday January 30 Renewal course.

The renewal course is available to those having current  AHA PALS provider certification.  (See requirements below.)

PLEASE NOTE:
*PALS Provider Manual, edition 2006 required for course (Pocket Reference Card included with manual purchase.)
**Your spot is not guaranteed until payment or payment arrangements and a copy of your PALS Provider card is received.  Please fax current certification to 206-987-5705.
***PALS certification is current for two years from issue date through the last day of the month listed for renewal.

Cancellation Policy:
*No refund if cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to course.
**$80 fee for course transfers with less than one week's notice prior to the course.
