NRP Provider Course

The NRP Provider Course is for participants who are taking an NRP course for the first time and for those who need to renew their NRP status.
Learners study the textbook of Neonatal Resuscitation, 5th Edition, 2006, and pass the online evaluation (written test) prior to attending their NRP course.
Registration includes cost of online evaluation.

PLEASE NOTE:
* A space in the course is not confirmed until we receive payment or payment arrangements.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:  VISA and MasterCard accepted online.  For payment by check, checks should be made out to Seattle Children's and mailed to:  Seattle Children's, Outreach Education, S-219, P.O. Box 50020, Seattle, WA 98145.  Questions:  Contact Rachel Thompson, 206-987-5319.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
* No refund if the participant fails to attend the course, or if cancellation is made less than one week prior to course date.
* When cancellation occurs at least one week prior to the course date, thea participant will receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee, or may request full credit for registration at a future course.
* Textbooks may not be retruned for a refund.
* No refund if the participant fails to successfully complete all requirements of the course.
