34th Annual Larval Fish Conference
30 May, 2010 - 3 June, 2010 The 34th Annual Larval Fish Conference is hosted by University of North Texas and University of Texas Marine Science Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico. LFC2010 will be held at the Fort Marcy Hotel Suites from May 30 to June 3. The overarching theme of the conference is, "21st Century Larval Fish Biology: Responding to a Changing Environment."

Registration opens December 1st and early registration ends on March 22. Abstract submission also ends March 22.

Once you register you will be sent a confirmation email which includes instructions for abstract submission should you wish to submit an abstract.

The registration fee includes:

Conference abstract and program package
Coffee and snacks during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks
Opening reception/social
Conference banquet
Refreshments (snacks and drinks) during the poster session
Conference T-shirt
Conference aluminum water bottle

Registration fees (in U.S. dollars) are as follows:

Standard registration fee = 300 USD
Student registration fee = 175 USD
Guest Fee = 120 USD (only if they will attend the social events and conference banquet)

Late (after 22 March) Standard registration fee = 400 USD
Late (after 22 March) Student registration fee = 250 USD
Late (after 22 March) Guest fee = 150 USD

Refund deadline is May 1, 2010. Refunds will be made for registrations cancelled on or before the deadline less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the deadline. Please contact Mary Boydston at 940-369-7293 or Mary.Boydston@unt.edu.

Those of you who register as students MUST bring with you proof of your student status (e.g. a letter from your supervisor; official proof of enrollment from your University's registrar, etc.).
