Registration Information for Federal Way Public Schools Courses and Workshops

CLASS SCHEDULES subject to change. Only participants who pre-register will be contacted in the event of a cancellation.
Clock hour payments (certificated staff) will be collected the last day of training - not in advance.
PAYMENT POLICY As of September 1, 2008, The CLC will no longer process requests for clock hours earned prior to the current school year.
Clock hour payments for the 2009-2010 school year must be received by August 31st of 2010.
ALL CLOCK HOUR FORMS AND PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THE SAME ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR THE COURSE WAS OFFERED.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST ATTEND THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE CLASS TO PURCHASE CLOCK HOURS - NO PARTIAL CLOCK HOURS CAN BE PURCHASED.
Clock Hours will not be granted to employees until the course has been completed and the attendance roster has been turned in to the CLC.
Any Clock Hour forms and/or payments that are turned in to the CLC prior to the course being completed will be returned to the registrant and can be resubmitted when the course is completed. The CLC will not hold payments.
NO CASH: Due to accounting issues with tracking cash and securing payments, as of September 1, 2008, cash is no longer accepted as payment for clock hours, registration fees or book fees. Employees may pay by check or money order only.
