3. Select your registration fee type - Full Registrant, FREE Full Registrant or Full & Guest Registrants. Please note that each individual attendee needs to be registered so if you are taking advantage of the 2 For 1 offer, please go through the entire process to register yourself as a paying attendee and then go through the entire registration process for the other registrant and select the FREE registration fee. Both registrations CANNOT be processed together.
4. If you have registered as "Full & Guest Registrants" add your guest's first and last name - Please note that you should not list your name here. Your information will be recorded at the end of the registration process.
5. Check your conference registration information. If correct, click Continue. If incorrect, select Edit to change information or Remove to restart.
6. Complete your registration - add your personal information.
7. Click on Continue and enter your payment information.
8. To complete your registration click Submit

Full Refund - Postmarked/faxed on or before 05/31/08. 50% Refund - Postmarked/faxed on or before 09/01/08. No Refund - Postmarked/faxed after 09/01/08. A cancellation/transfer/change fee of $50.00 will be charged for each individual registration cancellation/transfer or change until 10/15/08.
