01WLWF1-09 - Women's Fit Camp - F09 Session 3

This invigorating class is designed for busy women that want to do a head to toes workout three days a week. The exercises are designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels by progressing or regressing as needed. There will be a lively warm-up of 15-20 minutes where balance, flexibility, upper and lower extremities, core and light agility drills will all get the body turned on and ready to train. The main portion of each session will be integrated core, strength, and short interval aerobic circuits. The initial classes will emphasize proper form and technique of the foundation exercises used in camp. Then as the weeks progress we will add in new twists to keep it engaging and FUN.

This will be an energetic group so come prepared to share your energy and get into great shape
