This certification course (requirement #51) introduces learners to the history and philosophy of the vocational/technical adult education system. Participants will explore VTAE from the national, state and local perspectives . Participants will review the legal responsibilities of districts and the state board. Participants will analyze current issues impacting Wisconsin.
