You have the design; you have the client; you have the funding - now what? This course will build upon skills and techniques learned from Project Basics and other design courses and lead you from the drawing board to what it takes for real life project implementation. Discussions on construction documents and details, project estimating, contracts, working with sub-contractors and vendors, and construction coordination will be covered.
