BON201110 - Bonsai: Intermediate-Refinement Techniques 4/10/10 - 5/15/10
Appropriate for those with knowledge of bonsai concepts and experience with the art beyond the novice level, each session in this six-week course includes a brief lecture, supervised work on trees, and a review/critique of work undertaken. Topics include advanced wiring and bending; trunk, root and branch enhancement; driftwood and jin, line and silhouette refinement; rock plantings; and tool care. Please bring plant materials, pots, soil components, KLN wire, and tools.
