BOA001110 - Studio Drawing: Composition/Space/Value (O) 1/13/10 - 3/3/10
This studio drawing class will emphasize creating strong compositions, positive and negative space, and employing a full range of values in your drawings. We will begin working from still-life arrangements in a classroom, then move into the Greenhouses to create compositions featuring the plant life within. All levels of students are welcome. Advanced students will work independently while receiving individual critiques; beginning students will focus on drawing techniques including gesture, contour, organizational line, and value studies. A supply list will be sent.
