The mission of the Early Childhood Training Center (ECTC) is to help improve the quality of services to children pre-natal thru five and their families through a range of organizational and professional development services. ECTC provides support to Head Start/Early Head Start Programs, Community Action Organizations, the early childhood education and care community, and other organizations meeting the social, emotional, health, and educational needs of young children and their families.

ECTC services are directed to managers and supervisors, early childhood providers, family services providers, disabilities service providers, infant and toddler service providers, and others who serve or manage programs for young children and their families.
