Attention to available reference materials, use of library, taking notes, critical evaluation of evidence, and conventions for documenting academic papers. Practice in organizing and writing a long expository essay based on use of library resources. May not be used by PSU students to fulfill English major requirements, nonmajor distribution requirements, or the English composition requirement. 7 assignments, 0 exam Dual Credit Available. Prerequisite: Wr 121 or PSU Freshman Inquiry.
