The facilitator for this program is Mrs. Shelly Hollis. Shelly has been an educator for 17 years (10 years classroom experience, 7 Years as the director of the UNA Alabama, Math, Science, and Technology Initiative). She holds a BS in biology from MUW, a MA in chemistry education from UAB, and is a Nationally Board Certified teacher. She is a former Presidential Award Winner for Excellence in Math and Science Education and a GTE GIFT Fellow.

    Facility Description:   Please park in the east side parking lot and enter in the side door.  (You will need to go behind the building to reach the east side parking lot.)   Handicapped parking is located in the back of the building.  UNA East Campus is located at 1640 Tune Avenue, Florence, AL 35632.

    Directions To UNA East Campus from Huntsville:
    Take U.S. Hwy 72 West through Madison, Athens, Rogersville and Killen to Florence; in Florence, 72 also becomes Florence Boulevard.   
    On (Florence Boulevard and US Hwy72), continue west across Cox Creek Parkway for 1.7 miles and take a right onto Darby Drive and take a left at the first traffic light (Decatur Ave).  After going through a 4-way stop take a left onto Tune Ave and another left into the parking lot.   

    Directions to UNA East Campus from downtown Florence:
    On (Florence Boulevard and US Hwy 72) take a left onto Darby Drive and take a left at the first traffic light (Decatur Ave).  After going through a 4-way stop take a left onto Tune Ave and another left into the parking lot.
