09-PE327 - Yoga for Beginners Part II November 3, 2009 - December 8, 2009
The sequel to the first session, this class is also appropriate
for those who have had recent yoga courses with this or any other instructor. We will build on the basic lessons in
exercise postures and rhythmic breathing and will also add
some intermediate information.
All props are provided. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing.

    Facility Description:   Please park in the east side parking lot and enter in the side door.  (You will need to go behind the building to reach the east side parking lot.)   Handicapped parking is located in the back of the building.  UNA East Campus is located at 1640 Tune Avenue, Florence, AL.

    Directions To UNA East Campus from Huntsville:
    Take U.S. Hwy 72 West through Madison, Athens, Rogersville and Killen to Florence; in Florence, 72 also becomes Florence Boulevard.   
    On (Florence Boulevard and US Hwy72), continue west across Cox Creek Parkway for 1.7 miles and take a right onto Darby Drive and take a left at the first traffic light (Decatur Ave).  After going through a 4-way stop take a left onto Tune Ave and another left into the parking lot.   

    Directions to UNA East Campus from downtown Florence:
    On (Florence Boulevard and US Hwy 72) take a left onto Darby Drive and take a left at the first traffic light (Decatur Ave).  After going through a 4-way stop take a left onto Tune Ave and another left into the parking lot.
