Welcome to: Tampa General Hospital's (TGH's) Internet Registration Site!
TGH staff ONLY: PRIOR to course registration, Please confirm your class attendance with Supervisor/Manager/Director. 1. TO REGISTER: Select course name & READ all instructions and information before continuing.
2. PREVIOUS USER (Created own USER ID & PASSWORD): Select course name, date, & time and you will be directed to Log-In. After Logging-In, your previously entered personal data will ONLY be shown to you, review and update, if needed, at this time. (For Example: Changes in home Address, Phone#, Department etc.)
3. FIRST TIME USER or USER who NEVER created a USER ID & Password: Select course name, date, & time. Scroll Down the page to enter (Type In) ALL required Personal Data, then Create your own User ID/Password. (Please NOTE: If a User ID/Password is NOT created, you must re-enter (TYPE IN) ALL your Personal Data each time you register for a course in the future.)
4. CANCEL or RE-SCHEDULE COURSES: Register for the NEW course date & time. In the box for messages to staff, type in the course(s), date(s) or time(s) you want to cancel or change. OR send an e-mail to swhite@tgh.org listing the cancellations. (You still need to return to the site and re-register for the correct course.)
5. DRIVING DIRECTIONS to TGH: Select 'TGH HOME PAGE' button on menu bar above OR access the TGH Main Web page at www.tgh.org.
